Answer #1

Working in a `small group advantage:

1) easy management of group members

2) Group members work in a unidirectional way to achieve project goals.

3) Synchronization is possible easily.

Disadvantages:

1) The cost of the project per head expenses increases by a considerable factor.

2) The project takes too much time to complete due to a lack in the manpower.

3) The type of project made will not be of that quality which it was when in the initial stage.

For example:

* Consider a case when the deadline of the project is just 3days away and the working of the project is yet to be achieved, Considering a group of 12people which is a big group.

when the project isn't working condition then the group members start blaming and refuses to work this was the first problem followed by some of the group members will also think they got a better idea and they have 3 days and they can implement the project hence this results in division of group and the project fails to work.

this was the experience gained by me and I'll still consider working in a small group rather than big as it depends on person to person and his abilities.
