As now days the organization and large business firms are slowly shifting towards the global business it is very important for the leaders to manage their employees in such a manner that they are easily able to achieve the requirements and objective of the organization at any level of the business.

• As due to the changing in the market situation and demands it is very important for the organization to make changes in their operations to meet those changes and this can be only done when the leader is flexible and adaptive to the situation and can easily motivate the team members to change the operational process to meet the organizational goal.
• Situations and issues that arise in the organization are always unpredictable and to resolve those issues the organization must be having a flexible and adaptive leader who can easily pullout the organization from that particular situation by being innovative and productive.
• The flexible and adaptive nature of the leader can be very beneficial for the organization as due to the highly experienced leader according to the situation can easily find the opportunities for the organization which can be very beneficial and help them to achieve the organizational goal.
• In a highly competitive market the responsibility of achieving many objectives at the same time can be very difficult for the leader to achieve but if the leader is easily adaptive to the situation he can easily planned those tasks and objective and achieve them effectively and efficiently.
