Some people have negative stereotypes types towards women such as they are less capable in mechanical work and women are only home makers

Marginalization is the social exclusion of a particular group of people because of the traits or beliefs which they are believed to share

Through below mentioned ways we can reduce the anger, violence,division occur as a result of marginalization and negative stereotypes

1. Educate your own community

Educate your own community such that such such that negative stereotypes types undermine the quality of social relationships

Also aware the people of our community that all people belong to that particular group do not share the traits and characteristics that you expected to process

2) on learning not to hate

Consider people belong to that particular groups as human beings and give importance to humanity rather than paying attention to race ,religion ,caste etc and also try to interact with them rather than hate them

3) contact with people

Contact with marginalized people help to correct your miss understandings about the characteristics processed by them and it would generate guilt which help to reduce your beliefs

4) pay attention to marginalised voices

Pay your attention to voice of marginalised people and also pay attention to injustice and discrimination they had to face due to marginalization

5) Be ready to correct yourself

When you learn that such stereotypes are wrong then you are don't hesitate to correct your views and beliefs.
