Recruitment and selection is one of the major role of HRM played within an organisation. HRM recruitment is basically comprises of the steps, criteria and processes of staffing for recruiting new candidates by the human resources management.
HRM ensures the equal opportunity for employment to all the candidates without any discrimination basis. HRM precede the actual selection of people for positions in an organisation.
Recruitment and selection of employees can be done by two processes -
Internal recruitment - recruitment within the organisation takes place in which employees from organization itself is being recruited.
External recruitment - eligible candidates for the respective positions are being invited via several medium like newspapers, online media, television etc.

Web advertising is most used ways of posting recruitment adds because most of the population uses phones and internet and social media hence it is one of the strongest stem of the recruitment advertising.
I will use external recruitment process for recruitment of candidates within my organization. External recruitment brings new candidates with new mind flows and ideas. It will assess the deeper pool of candidates for the related positions.
