Both staff burnout and turnover in a childcare would affect the business in negative ways because when employees feel emotionally exhausted and think that all work they done in childcare would affect the work performance and profit of the company because people or customers get low quality services from them. when such situation arise so employee tend to leave the organization because they think they are not fit for the organization and they are doing everything but it is not enough for the job.
The causes of potential burnout in employees can be seen high workload on them in childcare. Staff is expected to work many hours beyond their regular hours which can cause fatigue, stress and lead to burnout.the cause of tunover can be poor working conditions, less salary, no support from management in their issues, bad organizational culture in which employee moral get down and they leave the organization.
