The cases of Stacy Snyder and others raise interesting questions. As long as no laws are broken, should what an employee does after hours be the organizations business? Or should there be a line between an employee's professional and private life?

According to me the employees are not bound to work after working hours, however, if it's urgency then the employees can contribute their time to the organization. In many cases it's been observed that company compel employees to work more than working hours because of work pressure and some companies don't even offer over time money. It is a violation of law and it attracts the provision of labour law act.

According to me, yes there should be clear line between employees professional and private life. All the employers need to understand that they should not make work pressure on workers or employees so that they can give some time for themselves and their families. The employees should not also aware about their rights and should not work like a machine and need to give time to themselves and their families too.
