When I think of benefits, I think of Google... how does your company stack up to the employee centric atmosphere that Google creates? What is the most important benefit to you and your family?

There is no doubt in the fact that Google as an organization has been quite an effective one in providing benefits to their employees in addition to the pay or compensation that they provide. I have been working with one of the insurance giants based out of Milwaukee and I believe that they also has been quite effective in their approach in valuing the stakeholders and the employees are not an exception in this context.

The most important benefit that they provide along with the family health package is the family vacation package once a year that is sponsored by the organization and this is one thing that I actually look forward to and my family is also excited as well. I believe this provide is with a break or refreshment of a week or so which is quite effective and helpful.
