Solution:

CRM stands for customer relationship management. The CRM is startups focus on a very narrow scope, the scope which is defined by their product offerings and organizational needs. The organizational structure of the startups are mostly horizontal and hence the need for CRM is limited to a very narrow scope defined by the business's product offerings.

In an established organization where it is associated with multiple players down the value chain as well as up the value chain, meaning an established organization has multiple suppliers and customers and hence it becomes necessary for the established organizations to use to fully fledged CRM capabilities to reduce the complexities in managing their business stakeholders. due to multiple divisions and multiple stakeholder categories, it becomes necessary to have a set system to encapsulate the information about all the stakeholders to reduce the complexity and channelize the CRM efforts effectively.

Hence, the CRM in startups is pretty simple and one way whereas it is complex in established organizations.
