Answer #1

ANSWER 1 :-

  1. One of the most important problem that should be considered is that diagnosis cannot be carried out by means of websites like WebMD and facebook as only signs and symptoms are stated although certain signs can interrelated with other conditions.
  2. The condition mentioned above is a genetic disorder affecting the q-arm of the tenth chromosome. This in turn leads to serious consequences although there is no prominent data indicating occurence of migration as a common symptom.
  3. The diagnosis can be carried out by means of gene mapping and other associated techniques including karyotyping to identify if there is presence of an additional copy.

ANSWER 2 :-

  1. To state about a plausible mechanism, migraines are usually associated with nausea, headaches and sensitivity towards light source. Although for rough diagnosis or in other terms pre-diagnostic estimation, this can act as an efficient indicator to evaluate a particular condition more specifically trisomy of chromosome 10.
  2. Certain symptoms including facial bone abnormalies, microencephaly, disorientation of facial bones, mental retardation in some cases, slow developmental process and eye associated problems are seen in this case which can have relations with the migraines. Although, this is a rough estimate and actual diagnosis may prefer to evaluation of all possible conditions and preferring a reliable result.
