Diversity Management Program means a program in which people from different backgrounds are allowed to work in a common workplace and give their necessary opinions and views so that a strong working environment can be build because different opinions of people help in taking various tough decisions and make tougher jobs very easy.
When there is a discussion about any important or any other matter then in such a situation,there should be no focus on the background of the employee from which he or she belongs because such thinking creates differences and don't allow to work together with full harmony and peace.Thus all the negative effects of diversity management program should be avoided because focusing on the opinions and views being given by the employee is more important than focussing on the background from which the employee belongs.Foucssing on the positive side will help in bringing creativity and growth in the organization otherwise the organization will not be able to move ahead and progress.
