Hydro static pressure is the pressure exerted by an incompressible fluid (water ) at a given point, due to the weight of the fluid above it.

the formula for  Hydrostatic pressure is P = rho gh

the pressure exerted on the object by the atmospheric is called  atmospheric pressure

hence, option (b) is correct answer
