a) Yes the professors need to create a very positive outlook for the children in the class and try to maintain a very healthy environment. This ensures that the students have a very interactive mindset at work and they ensure a very cordial environment to learn and grow with time.

b) no, the emotional intelligence makes us way more stronger and healthier than we can ever imagine it to be. It gives us the power to look at things with a very defined and clear perspective. We do not run after things that are not made for us and the things get way more easier. It is a very diverse and clear perspective which we develop for life and there is nothing more better than a clear mindset and an ideology to think and dream big for us.
