Various issues associated with computer architecture are as follows:

  1. The size of the vector register file in the vector architecture is centralized with which only few functional units can be stored.
  2. The vector instructions in the vector architecture are much difficult to implement.
  3. The vector processors which are a part of vector architecture needs on chip memory which is used to be very expensive and despite of being very expensive is supports very low latency.

These issues can solved by the technique called CODE ( Clustered Organization for Decoupled Execution ).
