1) Competing:

a) Future chaos may be arise. As people may feel that they are dominated by some ideology or powerful person.

b) One person will be gain more at the loss of the other party.  

2) Collaborating/Problem-Solving:

a) Many times optimal decisions will not be achieved.

b) Sometimes people want to solve problems just to get rid of more responsibility.

3) Accommodating/Smoothing/Yielding:

a) Partners may get advantage of over leniency. A particular smoothing factor may be harmful .

b) Some times , excess sacrifices cause discomfort and nothing to work for at workplace.

4) Compromising/Sharing:

1) Just give and take makes no sense sometimes as many factors might be pose challenges to the Conflicting parties.

2) Any business secret might be revealed due to sharing of data and valuable information.

5) Withdrawing/Avoiding:

1) Sometimes, it causes severe Conflicting situations.

2) No consensus might be possible or no interactions will be made between parties.
