Answer #1

Answer:

Training employees and managers are essential at any company but particularly for startups. Yet many avoid it because it seems too hard or expensive.

Facebook

Facebook began a program led by engineer Andrew Bosworth called Facebook Bootcamp. It’s a seven-week on-boarding program for new engineers and project managers. They’re immersed in the company’s code, and start working on projects that end up live on the site within a week of their start date.

Whilst Facebook consumes a large chunk of people’s online time but in a multi-channel, always-connected world, brands need to be present – and relevant – across a range of digital outposts. Knowing what’s “working” RIGHT NOW is paramount. Otherwise you’ll invest time and resource in one method thinking it’s best practice only to then find out that you are completely wrong.
