Question 1. What is gender bias? How is it formed? What are two examples of gender bias that you have seen or experienced?

Answer. Gender bias is very clear with its term only that doing partiality or giving different behavior on the bases of any one gender. Like counting someone less capable for any position just because of there gender is on a simple example of gender bias. Another we can see in the corporate world if a male is getting more pay for one position then female. This bias I have faced in my personal life were I faced problems in getting a job in the company because they were not considering me as a suitable individual because of my gender.

Another, I faced a problem in getting a hike in my previous company because I was they want a male candidate for running the project as a project is having work related to a travel job. Gender bias is formed from human mentality only where they considered women as good for household work more and week than men.
