Customers- My customers will be the patients who are in dire need of the imaging facility and clinical medical lab for further diagnosis. They are economically down to afford for these diagnostic facilities in any other company. The customer segment also includes old-aged patients who are unable to travel longer distances for the imaging facility and the clinical medical lab.
Market segmentation- My market segmentation is based on patient demographics and patient economics. Demographic of the patient includes patients who are older than 50 years as they would not be able to travel long distances for diagnosis. Patient economics refers to the ability of the patients to pay for the diagnostic services.
