Before starting with the consequences lets first understand the meaning of Process Management.
Process Management refers to the end to end process combining all the department of the organisation to achieve the common mission stated by the organisation. It being the cross cutting communication allows end to connection with all the series of department.
Every departments have their own Managers to lead their team. They are accountable for this end to end organisation process.
If we talk about process in term of Information Technology then it means a program running multiple times
Now the question is what if Management end up spending little time on this Management.
Hence Management should be maintaining Eagle Eye on the tasks performed by the employee. If they spends too little or no time, the organisation will start making looses and then their will be position of layoff of employees in the organisation.Therefore to avoid the above consequences the Management should give proper time in process development and should follow the approach of mind mapping Working Break Down Structure.
