2) Recognize your strength and weakness - Identity what are your positive strength and in what part you are weak. And try to focus on positive part to enjoy your present.
3) Eliminate distraction - Reduce the use of mobile gadgets and social media so that you can make focus on your present. Ask yourself what is your objective to born. What are you speciality. Whatever you are doing are you really satisfied with that? If no then evaluate and recognize things which can give your internal pleasure and happiness.
4) Don't afraid of the future - Do what you have today in present it will decide and make your future. Obsessive thinking about future means to loose your present. Give your 100 percent today and result will make your future good.
5) Adopt a proper and systematic schedule for work and diet plan- Start doing yoga and exercise. Eat healthy and avoid alcohol and smoke in order to live a healthy and safe life in present.
Life is a precious gift given by God. Make efforts to make your life beautiful and good by doing hard work in present . Your present decides your future. So don't let your present to be lost.
