Given the continual changes to employee benefit changes from a tax, regulatory and legal perspective, how do HR professionals keep abreast of all of the changes?

Name several sources to remain current and identify at least three changes to employee benefits that have occured since Dec 1 2014. The changes could be IRS, Affordable Care Act, NLRB, Dept of Labor, Treasury Dept, Court cases, etc. Don't simply repeat other student findings. Trust me, there have been many, many changes.

The most important where that many companies are kept up to date through is to have an employment law attorney on a contract and their office sends legislative updates for anything going on in your state or at the federal level.Public sector employment ,there is no opportunity to exist that will let you check all states regulation at one location. Few people with a specific state or country question need to contact their equivalent of a department of labour.Readers have also found state and local government on the net which provide some topics useful.

The several sources of changed are:- State Government employees totalled 4360635 individuals including higher education workers of those 2443484 .
