1. Culture - There is a branch named as culture economics in which people study about the effect of culture on economy. Firm must have the sense about the culture if our environment is going to more technical then you have to do technical work or platform to the people you must have the knowledge about your customer requirement iit varries with culture just like woolen cloths has highest selling on cold city not in wormer city

2.Demographics- this is the also one of the best reason which will be grow or slow economy basicaly it states about the age group of people and as we know that the efficency of worker also depends upon the age of the worker

3. Social - Income ,education, living standard, increase the demand of money which means they will work for the future. If social enviroment is not so needy then economy will slow down

4.Technology- This is the era of technology you must have aware about them there are lots of ways through whom you will expand your firm digitaly you have new sales partner any many more thing if you are techi then then production will be high with less labour cost and time it will reduce the time and cost which will be the factor in growth
