The introduction speech introduces the speaker and the subject on which the speaker is going to talk about. The introduction speech provides the audience details about the background of the speaker and his or her achievement to establish the credibility of the speaker with respect to the topic. An introduction speech is the first impression and the first impression as very important because this make makes the overall ambiance of further speech. When the credibility is established with the audience with the speaker then the audience could be prepared for the speech’s content. The first Impressions determine the receptiveness of the audience for the rest of the speech. Speaking in public is a powerful act and if the speaker wants to get the attention of the audience then it is very important to make a good first impression and the first impression could be made by a great speech introduction. A well-rehearsed introduction speech will grab the attention of the audience and this will build trust between the speaker and the audience.
