Yes , i believe that each types of resources have its own advantages. We can only arrange them as per our priorities. For example, Men and Financial resources are important but when we don't have good or valuable manpower then we can not utilize the financial resources with optimally. Here , we can say human resources are more important in long run success of an organization.
In other place or point of time , an organization which have more inputs to production if they almost equal talent and leadership pool then importance of access to raw materials will be more important. Here , skills, capabilities and commitment of employees and top leaders will play significant role.
