Can someone walk me through how you are calculating the moles and the rest of the solution? CaCO3(s) + 2 HCl(aq) ====> H2O(l) + CO2(g) + CaCl2(aq) Mass of CaCO3 = 3.72 gm Moles of CaCO3 = 3.72 / 100.08 = 0.037167 Moles Moles of HCl need = 0.037167 x 2 = 0.07433 Moles Volume of HCl needed = 0.07433 x 1000 / 3 = 24.77 ml
