The answer is true.

United States antitrust law is nothing but the collection of federal and state government laws that focus on regulating the promotion of fair competition by the business corporations which will be beneficial for consumers. A company setting a high price is not against antitrust law, as consumers will have other options but if all companies come together to set high price for a product so that the consumers do not have any option, then it is considered as illegal against antitrust law.
