2) Do you have trouble in falling asleep ( overthinking before sleeping)

3) Do you surf Mobile before going to bed ( as excessive Mobile is responsible for sleep problems)

4) what do you before going to bed such listen to music,watch TV,read a book, spend time with family ( more relax the person better sleep he would have)

5) Do you have always vivid dreams such failing, or any anxiety dreams in sleep. ( Relationship of stress and sleep)
