There could be certain activities in the Government that are generally regular in nature and the process of decision-making in those areas may be thus not much complicated. However, the same could hold true in case of the civil arena. The impact of the decisions upon the stakeholders and its intensity, is to be examined first. On such a basis, one can infer whether decision making process in Government is easier than in civil arena or vice-versa. There could often be the bureaucratic angle to the decision-making and often the scope of politicization of the affair, could also be the case. In such a case, decision making process may be complicated in the Government area. On the civil front, the decision-making could the answers to the desperate times. The measures could be itself very desperate in nature. In such a case, such decision making process may be equally complicated in the civil arena. Hence, it is highly subjective and shall depend upon the topic of decision under consideration.
