The treatment process is basically unique for every patient and there will be cases where a patient may not recover from the illness despite the best medical care and prowess provided. despite the best practices followed these cases will violate the control charts and will show the variation in the process out of the variation limits indicating the correction.

• A Patient suffering from a unique disease which is rare and cannot be treated. Any treatment will result in the failure of getting failed results
• Treatment on frequently found diseases such as cold, cough cannot be used as parameters of such control chart comparisons because commonly found illnesses react differently for different people.
