we have to make 125 ml solution which has final concentration 80mg/ml

so that

we require 125 x 80 = 10000mg=10g(1g=1000mg) of ampicillin sodium salt

So,to make a 125 ml solution of 80 mg/ml ampicillin take 10g of ampicillin salt and dissolve in 125 ml of solvent.
