Answer #1

Answer) Factor endowment model is also known as Hecksher Ohlin model. This model is an improvement over David Ricardo's model of comparative advantage as this model adds capital as the factor of production apart of labor.

As per factor endowment theory nation export that commodity which is extensively using the relatively abundant factor of production. Ricardo's theory used comparative advantage whereby labor theory of value prevails. In which labor was the only means of production.
