The primary ay of doing business has changed a lot from what it was few years back and organization today experience huge competition both in terms of quality and quantity and therefore in order to be successful, they need to create a competitive advantage. Organizations today in order to achieve a competitive advantage, no longer restrict their operation to a particular geographical regions instead they are planning to go ahead and have a global exposure for the same and hence they need to promote diversity in the organization based in age, gender, national origin, race, color, etc.
Diversity is quite common and organizations needs to understand that the differences are natural and hence it needs to be valued and respected as well. Constructive and alternative ideas will be generated through diversity and help the organization create a better place to work too.
