Before we can attempt to make a case for any ethical position, the critical question is: What evidence do we have to suggest that animals experience pain, emotional bonding, and a sense of self or other? This is a great question that do animals also feel emotions? The answer would be yes.....animals have also emotions. Many researchers have proved with their studies that animals also have emotions, at times we can see some animals to express their emotions. When we take an example of dog, when a dog attaches with its owner, dog also express its emotions by tears when its owner feels acute pain. Animals express joy at times. We can see elephants expressing their joy by doing dance.

There are many studies done which have shown that humans and animals express  same emotions towards same situation. The difference is only that animals can’t show their emotions by speaking, they have to show the emotions through their actions. With the help of actions animals show their emotions. They can’t speak and express their emotions directly.
There are many evidences are which proved that animals also understand emotions, they have empathy. Animal can understand how his owner feels and behave accordingly. The only thing is that researchers are not able to find that in a proper situation how any animal feels. They can’t express their emotions linguistically. So, we just assume how the animal feels in a certain situation.

conclusively it can be said that yes animals have also emotions like human beings and they show their emotions at times. Animals proved loyal and true follower, because they know empathy as well.
