Answer #1

I would provide various directions to newly appointed team leaders that how they have to effectively manage their team members and different activities so that the smooth workflow can be done and as well as how the efficient results can be achieved.Newly appointed leaders will have to be aware of the various opportunities as well because opportunities don't come everyday therefore to take full benefit out if it is very important.Leaders will have to understand that how to deal with various human beings in the group because every person has his own behavior and to use the skills and efficiency of a particular person in achieving the goals in very big thing. Thus the leaders will have to understand their roles and will have to be very serious in applying their various decisions in the betterment of the group.I will make the new leaders appointed to know about various tactics which can be used for motivating the group members such as allowing the various group members in the decision making process. This helps in making the employees feel very good and the morale of such members gets very high.
