How would you teach your child to make ethical choices in this matter? If their friend was being bullied or stalked, what would you say to them to help their friend?

Cyberbullying is bullyig that uses electronic means like the internet or mobile phones to aggressively and intentionally harm someone.

What I can do to help my child to make ethical choices in this matter is to take the time to talk to them. Be open to listening and understanding their experience of cyberbullying.

1. Reassure them that they are loved

2. Help them identify what cyberbullying is

3. Teach them that cyberbullying is never ok

4. Teach them to spend some time away from computer and mobile phones into fun activities.

There are number of action I will advice my child to take to help their friend to stop the cyberbullying from continuing

1. Find out more about the school's anti-bullying policies

2. Help them to keep record of the bullying in case it needs to be reported

3. Reporting serious cases of cyberbullying to the police

4. Suggest the child to 'block' or remove the bully from their friend list and change their username and mobile number

5. Help them file a complaint with a website manager
