Describe a theory of intelligence that aligns well with how you think about intelligence. What parts of the theory do you agree with? What are the limitations of the theory, in your opinion?
Intelligence is defined as the ability of the individual to grasp things and apply it in the real world scenario. But creativity means to think out of the box, apply the analytical side or the creative side which goes beyond score or marks. It is our innate talents and ability to create new ideas, thoughts and feelings. But knowledge is to apply things that are around. It does involve our application of things on day to day lives but in a broad aspect it deals with our aspirations, hopes and feelings. Out of all the theories of intelligence Piaget's theory of development is the most important. It is based on the idea that children actively construct knowledge as they explore and manipulate the world around them. I really am fond of this theory as it makes a striking remark on things that are important in real life. I have personally not found any limitation in this theory and it is really apt in all aspects.
