There is glass in the building that looks blue in your compilation in building glass so you can't see objects or people in the building, but people in the building can see all the colorful objects outside the building clearly via the glass in the building. Explain the phenomenon of this dye.

Any type of glass can work like this..

This happens due to the difference between the intensities of light in the two sides of the glass...The side of the glass in which light is intense acts as a mirror while the other side where light is diminished as compared to the brighter side of the glass becomes transparent....

The same thing happens with the glasses of the buildings. In the daytime the intensity of the light outside the building is much more than that inside the building due to the sunlight but you can see that in the night reverse happens...

Well, these glasses are somewhat silvered a little on one side and that is why you see this phenomenon in the buildings where these glasses are used...
