First of all we will discuss the guidelines associated with sleep hygiene

Sleep hygiene is something which you need to maintain to provide maximum rest to your body.

Sound sleep should come

Establishing a regular sleep schedule

Using nape with care

Exercise should not be done near bed time

No mental exercise near bed time

No worries

Limiting the light during day hours before sleep

Avoid taking tea coffe chocolates nicotine and caffeine before the sleep hours

Dont take any stimulants that can effect your brain and therefore your sleep hours

No such activities are done before sleep like arousal or anything that can activate other receptors so sleep can be disturbed.

Sleep environment is very much important

Cool calm dark environment is advised

Comfortable clothes mattresses and proper good scented room is advised

Dont focus on many things before sleeping hours make your brain calm and do people rest.

Smoking tobacco should not be done before sleep it reduces the rest time studied by scientist

These are the most sleep hygiene one should follow these are guidelines associated with sleep hygiene your motto should be maintaining proper sound sleep of 8 to 10 hours and for you need to be physically calm and menatally calm

You are tired physically then you will feel sleepy but if your tired mentally then you will not...

Will not able to do regular works of daily routine
