THE BANK CHARTER act as a certificate of incorporation. In other words, this is a document which is given to allow to start the banking business.

This document act as a confirmation statement that the commencement of banking business can take place.

This document is consisting of the certificate of incorporation along with the articles of incorporation in which everything is stated briefly regarding the banking business. It also says the rights, rules and regulations that a banking institution has to follow.

THE PRIMARY REGULATOR act as an agency whose main motive is to supervise, guide, acknowledge the banking institute.

This keeps an eye over the institutes . in some cases of national banks, this agency also provides the certificate of incorporation.

This company has a hold over banking institutes.

The banking institutes have to make calls to this agency quarterly giving the reports about the total income and current conditions/situations of the banking institutes.

In India, the primary regulator of the active banks is RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ( RBI).

RBI has complete control over all the banking institutes in India. RBI also controls the money supply in the county and also helps the banking institutes at the time of the money crunch.
