The observable behaviors in the early stage are missed deadlines, errors in judgment, poor efficiency. The employees in the first stage work slowly and show tardiness in the work. Moreover, these employees usually leave work early. The employees in the middle stage reflect behaviors such as lack of attention, anxiety, and social contact avoidance.
