Buisness process reengineering, strategic supplier management, supply chain management , customer relationships management are other functional arena which firms need to master upon.

Supply and Demand

Article focusses on how firms forecast demand using IT Technology framework like ERP solutions and Similiarly ramp up production using well defijed distribution and strategic sourcing contracts from suppliers and adopting Lean management as well as Agile Methodology.

This helps firns assess demand in advance and maintain high scalability and availability of stocks for lower inventory loss and higher capacity utilisation aswell as profit maximisation.
