K3PO4 is a water solube salts, hence it will dissociate into ions to form

Hence the ions presents are K+ and PO4(3-)

The reaction is

Balance the nitrogen first by multiplying the NH3 by 2, this will lead to 2 * 3 (6 atoms of H on the right hand side) and only 2 on left side. To balance the remaining, make the coefficient of H2 to 3 to get 3*2 = 6 atoms of H

Hence the balanced reaction will be

The coefficient of H2 in the balanced reaction must be 3
