1.The term cultural imperialism can be defined as creating and maintaining unequal relationship between cultures, which inturn means favouring the most powerful culture and civilization.

It is a practice where powerful Nations impose their cultures towards the non powerful Nations. These powerful Nations sets their with values beliefs and cultures as a prominent one.

2. I strongly disagree with the idea of the theory reason being below:

- Culture can be defined as a set of attitudes beliefs and ethics followed by different individuals in different regions according to their lifestyle.

- it can also be called as social behaviour and set norms followed by a group of people.

- Every culture has its own value and no culture can dominate the other

- Different cultures has to be accepted and valued by all individuals in order to live a peaceful life

-Culture diversity is one main concept for success where one culture respects the other even with many differences.

-In this Global era of business monoculture can never be accepted as a good theory. Even  Multinational companies focus on culture diversity and its importance
