No because innate immune system is nonspecific immune response. Which responds after appearance of antigen in body. The failure of innate immune system even allergy can lead person to death. For example, Tetanus antitoxin is example of physical barrier which is induce in body chemically

Even without adaptive immune system person can not survive. Adaptive immune system is antigen-specific immune response. Antigen first must be processed and recognised. After that immune cells specifically design for this antigen. This immune system also includes a memory. Eg:- vaccines.
