Answer #1

Fluid mosaic model is used to describe the structural formation of plasma membrane including its components such as phospholipids, carbohydrates, cholestrol and proteins. The concenteration of lipids, carbohydrates and proteins differs in each cell's plasma membrane. The plasma membrane helps in providing the cytoskeleton to the cell and also inolved in the maintenance of cell potential.

The eukaryotic cell organelles that are physically attached with plasma membrane are endoplasmic reticulum, cytoplasm and endomembranes.
