Approximately 99.7% of the data falls in 3 standard deviation of the mean.

That is between mean - 3 SD and mean + 3 SD

Between 7 - 3 * 2.10 and 7 + 3 * 2.10

Between 0.7 and 13.3

We can conclude that about 99.7% of this population sleep between 0.7 and 13.3 hours per night.
