My parents have always been supportive of education, skills and talent. Since childhood, they made us join few other classes such as arabic, cycling, badminton to gain more skills. They appreciated our growth. Never forced to excel or set targets. They lend supporting hand, but at the same time gave enough freedom to think for ourselves. I was given autonomy to choose the field of my higher studies and career. Nevertheless, they always supported. They let me explore myself, my strengths by allowing for solo trips. We not only learn to handle the world, but witness a new version of ourselves in the process. I have now become more confident about my abilities and I boldly take decisions. It is during the opportunities and the grabbing of it, lies the fine line of competency and incompetency.
