Answer ; Option B is correct. Customer relationship management means that process of building and developing long term relationship with customer by delivering customer value and satisfaction. It means that approach of managing current and potential customers in a best possible manner as well as in order to provide maximum return from it.

Answer : Option B is correct. As when the desire and ability of the need has been not satisfied in best possible manner than it is resulted that the marketing is inapplicable when the person needs are not satisfied .
