Answer #1

the lot of problems that may arise in the organisation by different activities conducted in a multinational organisation which are sent out to the customer and the public, for example, lousy quality product is used by the company and much more. The company have to face problem like low customer demand for the product and break of the trust among the customer about the company and also the company have to meet government interference for the check of the quality of whatever the problem spread out to the customers. Political issues like unstable policies and corrupt practices can also occur when messages sent out to the customers.

Some ways to mitigate these risks are that the company must maintain the creditability and use it as their advantage. It stops the message that sends out to the customers, which unleash the truth. Also, the company must be open and careful so that they can't hurt more customers because it would be hard to believe about the company for the customers.
