2. Review the steps involved in identifying, selecting, initiating and planning this project on hand. Prepare a scope statement and a baseline plan. Determine the feasibility under all methods. Make sure that the project is financially viable.

3. Describe your data collection technique(s) and anticipate inadequate systems requirements. Find the necessary information on joint application design (JAD) in recent publications and make the necessary recommendations to your friend. Specify your own guidelines for conducting interviews and collection of pro-forma business documents.
