From Bernoulli's equation, ΔP = 1/2 ρV2

ΔP = (0.5) x (1.29 kg/m3) x (48 m/s)2

ΔP = 1486.08 N/m2

Area of the roof, A = 5 m x 6.7 m = 33.5 m2

Therefore, Net force is given by:

Fnet = ΔP * A

Fnet = (1486.08 N/m2) x (33.5 m2)

Fnet = 49783.68 N
